Registration

REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration for the following year will begin in January. All new families must attend an Open House prior to registration. Enrollment Registration Forms will be available at Open House events and will be accepted as received via mail or in person. During open enrollment and accompanying the Enrollment Registration Form,  a non-refundable annual registration fee of $120 will hold your child's place in his/her respective program for the upcoming school year. Once all openings have been filled, you may sign up for our Wait List for a non-refundable fee of $15. 

Each of our TTH and MWF programs holds a maximum of 20 children. All programs run September through May.

ENROLLMENT

T,TH Class: Must be age 3 or 4 by September 30
MWF Class: Must be age 4 or 5 by September 30

TUITION
The annual Tuition Contract must be signed preceding enrollment. The payment schedule is divided into nine installment payments with the first payment due on or before May 1 prior to the upcoming school year and a second due on or before July 1. Enrolled families will be sent a payment schedule book.

SCHOLARSHIP
Emerson is enrolled in the NH State Scholarship program.  You can access the information below to see if your family is eligible for this state funding and to learn more about the Child Care Scholarship program: https://www.nh-connections.org/families/child-care-scholarship/  Our program is listed in the State system as Ralph Waldo Emerson School for Preschoolers.

Each year, Emerson will offer one or more partial scholarships to students in need of financial assistance. The purpose of the scholarship is to supplement tuition for economically at need families in the greater Concord area.
